FAQ - Custom Printing and Framing - Australia

If you're looking for a quality printing and framing solution for your photographs and artworks, you've come to the right place! Print Frame Ship is the custom framing offshoot of well-established wall art retailer I Heart Wall Art. 

We're here to offer our quality services for YOUR photographs or scanned artwork. 

Our service might suit you if:

  • You're an artist or photographer whose looking for an affordable, outsourced printing, framing and shipping solution for your work that allows you to focus on what you do best (that's creating, obviously!).
  • You're looking for a printing solution for your photographs and want a quality product (no MDF or plastic frames thanks!)

Where Is Print Frame Ship Based?

We're owned by the Queensland-based owners of I Heart Wall Art, but all our pieces ship from a workshop based in Melbourne.

What are the typical production times?

All pieces ship within 8 days - most in less (but we'd like to give you the worst case scenario!)

What does shipping cost?

It's free, Australia-wise. We can ship most items local cost internationally too, but we recommend reaching out to our support team for a custom quote. 

Do you do change of mind refunds?

No - as all our pieces are custom printed, we can't offer refunds for changes of mind. 

What happens if a piece arrives damaged?

All our pieces are insured for shipping. If a piece arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. 

I'm drop-shipping artworks to customers - what brand will go on my product?

Our default branding is the Print Frame Ship brand - but for regular or ongoing customers, we have the option of shipping under your brand.
